Shipping policy
- All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped.
- Shipping is a flat rate of $20 for the US and Canada. We are not currently offering international shipping
- We process orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The VM family is small but mighty and we will do our best to get your goodies to you as fast as possible.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for delays of packages by the carrier. Once the packages leave our shop it is out of our hands, and we are at the mercy of Canada Post.
- Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes, and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
