Everything with the Venus & Mars label is ethically designed and handmade in Vancouver, BC by the owner/ designer Sanne Lambert and the staff.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped.
Shipping is FREE within Canada. US Shippingis a flat rate of $15 and free over $200. International shipping is a flat rate of $20. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. The VM family is small but mighty and we will do our best to get your goodies to you as fast as possible.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for delays of packages by the carrier. Once the packages leaves our shop it is out of our hands, and we are at the mercy of Canada Post.
Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes, and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.
What is your refund policy?
Items may be only returned for exchange or store credit. All returns/exchanges must be returned in the mail or to the store within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Shipped items must be postmarked within 14 days of your receipt.
Items that were purchased at regular price, are unworn, and unwashed (including dry cleaning) with tags still attached and/or any manufacture packaging (when applicable).
All sale items, discounted items of over 15% through use of a coupon code and intimates (such as underwear, leggings, stockings, socks, bathing suits, face masks, cosmetics, and contacts)are FINAL SALE.
Items that have been washed, altered, have odour (cigarette, perfume, deodorants, pets, etc.), damaged, have stains, or are incomplete will not be entitled to exchange or web store credit and will be shipped back to you at your cost. If you cannot be contacted within 30 days for return shipping payment, the item will be donated and no refund will be issued.
Original shipping cost is non-refundable and we do not cover return shipping cost, except in cases where we have made a shipping error on our part. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We highly recommend you insure your return shipment.
Please ensure that the item is eligible for return/exchange as listed above in the Return Policy and that you understand our policies regarding returns. Items returned not following the outlined instructions may be subject to refusing the package and/or a restocking fee of 25%.
