Happy Hallo-month! I know many of you don't live in Vancouver so I wanted to give you a heads up on shipping times and costs in case you needed a treat in time for Halloween.
We pack orders Tuesday to Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 5:00pm. Please be aware that if you place an order after 5:00pm PST, it will not be packed until the next day. If you place an order after 5pm on Saturday, it will be shipped on Tuesday. We ship all our orders through Canada Post.
Within BC: Shipping takes 2-3 business days - flat rate tracked shipping of $15 or FREE TRACKED SHIPPING for orders over $75
Within Canada: Shipping takes 2-4 business days - flat rate tracked shipping of $15 or FREE TRACKED SHIPPING for orders over $75
In the USA: Shipping takes 4-6 business days - flat rate tracked shipping of $20 or FREE TRACKED SHIPPING for orders over $200
Anywhere else: Shipping takes 6-14 business days - flat rate shipping of $25. There is an additional fee for tracked shipping.
Please be aware that these shipping times are estimates. Once the package is given to Canada Post, it is out of our hands. Be aware that delays can happen. If you need something in time for Halloween, it is better to order earlier rather than later.
If you are in Vancouver, we will be open Tuesday to Saturday from 11-6 all through October. Additionally, we will be open on Sunday October 31 from 12-5 for your last minute costume needs.
